Cherry Communications was created in 2002 by Shannon Cherry, a public relations professional. She had worked worked for a few traditional PR firms during her career and thought, “There must be a better way.”

Shannon realized almost everything a public relations professional does was using the phone and a computer with Internet access. Plus, she saw that clients were frustrated by the murkiness of the traditional retainer model most agencies use. So she created an innovative approach to public relations and publicity services that provides clients with exactly what they need at a competitive package-based price point.
